At Miracle Minds, we strive to empower children by fostering growth in all areas of their development.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop individualized therapy plans for children to improve their fine and gross motor skills, self-care abilities, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with parents and caregivers, maintaining detailed progress records, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team to support children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development.QualificationsExpertise in Occupational Therapy and RehabilitationBasic understanding of Medicine and pediatric careStrong Communication skills for collaboration with parents, educators, and team membersExperience working with children (Pediatrics focus) is highly desirableEmpathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting children of varying needsAIOTA licenseGraduation: (if BOT, minimum of 1 year experience required)Graduation: (if MOT, no work experience required)Should know to develop goal-plans for childrenCapable to take assessments/evaluationsShould be upgraded to current therapiesShould be equipped with Sensory Integration
