Social Worker Position Title: Master in Social Worker Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office The Social Worker will play a key role in supporting, rehabilitating, and empowering women acid attack survivors through psychosocial support, counselling, rehabilitation services, and livelihood development. Coordinate with hospitals, legal aid centers, and vocational training institutions for survivor rehabilitation. Organize awareness campaigns, community workshops, and school/college sensitization programs on acid violence and gender equality Collaborate with local authorities and media for awareness and rehabilitation initiatives. Coordinate with legal and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive survivor care. Maintain accurate data on beneficiaries and program outcomes. Qualifications & Experience Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent from a recognized university. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in women’s welfare, gender-based violence, or rehabilitation projects. Experience in counselling, case management, or community outreach preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language). Knowledge of women’s rights, social welfare schemes, and legal processes. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data management).
