Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1 – 3 years of high-volume telesales / inside-sales Language skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and one South-Indian language (Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu). Proven track record of converting B2C prospects and meeting sales targets. Communication: Clear, confident phone etiquette with strong listening and objection-handling skills.
