The Role: What You’ll Do
You’re not just ticking boxes; you’re creating magic:
- Align HR strategies with our mission to empower global student success.
- Find talent that fits like a glove—from job postings to onboarding.
- Create a workplace everyone loves showing up to (yes, even on a Sunday).
- Lead performance appraisals that make people feel appreciated, not stressed.
- Own payroll and benefits—make sure everyone gets their dues (and then some).
- Plan trainings that don’t feel like lectures but actual growth opportunities.
- Engage your team so every day feels like Fun Friday.
- Foster diversity and inclusion, creating a culture where everyone belongs.
Basically, you’re the go-to person for everything HR—and the secret sauce behind a happy, motivated team.
What We’re Looking For
This isn’t your first HR rodeo—you know the ropes and bring a little extra to the table:
- A degree in HR, Business Admin, or something equally cool.
- 2 to 5 years of HR management experience (extra love if it’s in education or counseling).
- “Can I copy your notes?” level knowledge of Indian labor laws.
- Tech-savvy with HR software and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills—you’re the go-to for both advice and good humor.
- The ability to juggle, solve problems, and stay organized like a boss.
