It caters to 56 IndustriesCertifications & Memberships: ISO 9001:2015, EcoVadis compliant; Member of Association of Chemical Distributors (North America); CII; Chemexcil; Indian Chemical Council (ICC).We are seeking a high-integrity, result-driven Procurement Manager with deep expertise in chemical raw material procurement and global sourcing operations .Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement of chemical raw materials for international customersDrive sourcing from APACSS’s network of 2000+ qualified manufacturers across 15 Asian countriesWork closely with the Supplier Relations Management (SRM) team for supplier qualification, validation, and onboardingNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and long-term supply agreementsEnsure adherence to global quality, regulatory, and compliance standardsTrack global raw material price trends, supply risks, and market movementsCoordinate with logistics, quality, regulatory, and sales teams for seamless executionOptimize procurement cost while maintaining quality, compliance, and reliabilityMaintain strong procurement governance, documentation, and audit readinessUphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentialityDesired Profile 5–10 years of hands-on experience in chemical raw material procurementProven exposure to international sourcing, vendor development, and commercial negotiationsStrong understanding of chemical supply chains, regulatory frameworks, and quality systemsExcellent commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder managementDemonstrated ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven global environmentHigh level of ownership, integrity, and decision-making maturityEducational Qualifications B.Sc / M.Sc in ChemistryChemical EngineeringMBA / PGDMWhy Join APACSS?
