The Senior Manager - Treasury is responsible for overseeing the company’s global cash management, liquidity planning, investments, debt management, and banking relationships. The role ensures optimal utilization of funds, risk management, compliance with financial covenants, and alignment with corporate finance strategy to support growth and profitability objectives. Cash & Liquidity Management • Manage daily cash flow, forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs. • Investment & Debt Management • Monitor debt covenants, interest costs, and repayment schedules on real-time basis. • Support in real-time updates to management on the covenants to assist in M&A decisions. • Evaluate and execute investment strategies for surplus funds within approved risk parameters. • Manage corporate borrowings, including short-term loans, bonds, and credit facilities.
