Website The role is to ensure process adherence among business lines on hardware asset life cycle management. Resource should have commanding understanding on Hardware Asset lifecycle Management process, which will intern to be utilized to study the existing process and recommend improvement areas. Role demands high level of people connect, execution capability, Analytical thinking, Maturity & people management skill. Effective planning of activities & tracking every milestone is critical. Will be responsible to give alert to the top management if there is a risk or challenge, which need organization support. Timely Monitoring, tracking and reporting identified KPI's. Participate on governance calls and strive to achieves the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). Responsible for maintaining consistent quality and ensuring error free process. Capture all errors, perform root cause analysis & submit CAPA (corrective action, preventive action) Identify Process Improvement projects, present to stakeholders and obtain approval. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of experience in IT Hardware Asset life cycle Management. Preferably in IT / Banking sector. In-depth understanding on Hardware Asset Life cycle, hands on experience in managing each phase, understanding on key challenges and solutions in each stage. Experienced in process improvement missions (MQ/ KAIZEN,SIX Sigma, Agile etc).
