Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Outreach:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.Sales Generation:Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Lead Management:Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.Customer Relationship Management:Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.Sales Reporting:Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review.Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.Required Skills & ExperienceMin 1 years of work experience preferably in telesalesProven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.Fluency in English and Hindi. Local language is an added benefit.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsGoal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.
