As an Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate HR Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.

Note: Apply only if you are from Hyderabad and are willing to work from Hyderabad office.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for Non-IT positions

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit

Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for Non-IT positions

Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
