Talent Sourcer Job Overview

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to source and identify potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging professional platforms, and ensuring a smooth pipeline for the Talent Acquisition team.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong communication skills (written and verbal). Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, etc., is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interviewer/Panel Sourcing: Utilize job boards and other professional platforms to identify potential interviewers. Build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.
  2. Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate Interviewer's fit for specific roles. Shortlist based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups. Track and report sourcing activities and results.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics. Suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
