Our tech combines real-time data, cloud architecture, and analytics to make tractors smarter, improve uptime, and help farmers earn more.We’re a tight-knit, fast-moving team that values people who learn fast, take ownership, and solve real problems — not just write code.Our tech team has one of the best retention rates in the industry, built on trust, learning, and meaningful work.⚙️ What You’ll Do- Maintain & improve backend services powering customer portals and field apps- Build APIs, manage databases, and deploy on cloud (AWS preferred)- Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability at scale- Support internal tools & automation for operations and CX teams- Write clean, maintainable code — and make it a little better every day- Learn and grow alongside experienced engineers who truly care about craftWhat We’re Looking For- 2–4 years experience building backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / Fast API)- Hands-on with SQL and REST APIs- Basic knowledge of AWS / Docker / Linux (or eagerness to learn fast)- Ownership mindset — you care about uptime, performance, and real users- Curiosity to understand the full system — from devices to dashboards- Comfortable working from our Mumbai office with a collaborative, close-knit teamWhy Join Us- Work on real Io T + data products used nationwide- Learn directly from experienced engineers & product builders- Stable company with startup-like speed, backed by Mahindra- Flat, open culture — contribution matters more than pedigree- Proven long-term team culture with very low attrition
