The Online Bidder will be responsible for bidding and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork. The role also involves research, communication, and training.Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Analytical skills and ability to research and analyze project requirements- Strong writing skills for creating compelling proposals- Ability to provide training and guidance to team members- Experience in bidding and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Linked In- Knowledge of market trends and competition- Qualification in Business Administration or a related field is a plusAdditionally, knowledge of the latest tech stacks for product development and experience in Agile development methodologies would be beneficial.
