Job Overview:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for internal hiring within the organization. This role will focus on non-IT recruitment, identifying, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various corporate roles across functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in recruiting for non-IT positions and should be proficient in managing multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer closure. This includes job postings, candidate screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing & Screening : Proactively source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, internal referrals, and talent networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience : Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely communication and feedback to all candidates.
- Reporting & Metrics : Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Use data to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and maintain accurate documentation of recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the recruitment process.
