Gujarati Sales Executive – Brand Partnerships & Events (Remote | ₹5–8 LPA + Incentives) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST Compensation: ₹5–8 LPA base + uncapped performance-based incentives Experience Required: 2–6 years in B2B or inside sales roles Industry: Events, Marketing, Advertising, or Media Millennial Events is a North America–based entertainment company producing large-scale live events and shows across major cities in the U.We work with top brands and sponsors to create unforgettable entertainment experiences that reach massive audiences. We’re now expanding our Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales team and looking for energetic, ambitious, and sales-driven professionals who love building relationships, closing deals, and being part of a fast-paced, global events environment. This is a pure sales and communication role — not technical. You’ll be reaching out to potential brands and corporate partners who want to promote their businesses at large-scale events across North America. Your job is to connect, pitch, and close — by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and building long-term brand partnerships. #Reach out to potential brands, corporate clients, and marketing heads to offer sponsorship or partnership opportunities at our major events. Make 60–70 calls per day (cold and warm outreach) to generate leads and build relationships with decision-makers. Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and follow-ups to close partnership deals. Work with the internal events and marketing teams to customize sponsorship packages for clients. Maintain accurate lead data, pipeline updates, and activity reports in the CRM. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed about upcoming events, sponsorship trends, and North American market dynamics. Represent Millennial Events in a professional and persuasive manner on every call or meeting. ✅ Gujarati-speaking candidate (mandatory). ~2–6 years of proven experience in B2B or inside sales (marketing, media, events, or advertising background preferred). ~ Strong communication and presentation skills — fluent in English (spoken and written). ~ Experience making high-volume outbound calls (60+ per day Minimum) to business clients. ~ Demonstrated ability to close deals , meet sales targets, and manage a sales pipeline. ~ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. ~ Comfortable working remotely during North American business hours (EST). #Competitive base salary + uncapped incentives and performance bonuses.
