HRBP Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement Programs: Develop, implement, and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at increasing job satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Surveys and Feedback: Design and conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights to leadership for improving engagement and workplace culture.
Communication: Create and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, motivated, and connected with company goals and initiatives.
Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding engagement-related inquiries and concerns, and act as a liaison between employees and management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software or engagement tools is a plus.
Attributes: Enthusiastic, empathetic, and results-oriented with a strong commitment to enhancing employee experience and organizational culture.
