Responsibilities:
- Foster teamwork in defining clear, relevant goals for individuals and teams aligned with the organization's strategy.
- Conduct frequent check-ins and appraisals providing constructive feedback, recognition, and continuous performance improvement.
- Equip managers to deliver timely, clear, and actionable feedback to guide employee development.
- Establish transparent and fair promotion processes based on performance, skills, and organizational requirements.
- Drive BU/region-specific initiatives to accelerate performance and achieve business results.
- Support activities like assessments, potential identification, development plans, mentoring, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Implement programs that enable employee growth and development within the organization.
- Develop tools and platforms to facilitate timely and meaningful feedback exchange between managers and employees.
- Identify training needs through performance data and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with internal/external providers for targeted talent development initiatives, evaluating and adjusting programs for effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Performance & Talent Management or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Day shift; Location preferred: Bangalore
