Manager – Admissions (MBA & PGDM)Location: Greater NoidaInstitution: Accurate Group of InstitutionsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Manager – Admissions to drive enrollments for our MBA and PGDM programs. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the education sector, with a proven track record in lead conversion, counseling, and achieving admission targets.Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete admissions cycle for MBA & PGDM programs—from lead generation to enrollment.- Handle telephonic, online, and in-person counseling of prospective students and parents.- Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.- Convert digital and offline leads into successful admissions through consistent follow-up and engagement.- Coordinate with channel partners, consultants, and internal teams for lead flow and conversions.- Plan and participate in education fairs, campus visits, webinars, and outreach events.- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring timely lead tracking and reporting.- Provide insights on lead quality, student trends, and new strategies to improve conversions.Requirements- Minimum 3–5 years experience in admissions for MBA/PGDM programs (must be from education sector).- Strong communication & presentation skills.- Excellent lead conversion and counseling abilities.- Ability to work under target-driven environments.- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and follow-up processes.- Should be comfortable working with digital leads and online counseling formats.** Only candidates with experience in the education sector should apply.
