We have an opportunity for a Supervisor - India Accounting & Compliance to join our Finance team in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Director, Global GL & Intl. Controller. In this pivotal role, you will lead the accounting and compliance operations for a group of Infoblox entities, driving financial integrity, operational excellence, and audit readiness. Collaborating closely with Payroll, Treasury, Tax, HR, and external consultants, you will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting that supports our growing global business. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with corporate, statutory, and local accounting standards across multiple entities Review and validate balance sheet reconciliations, cash entries, and cost-plus revenue accounting Oversee prepaid amortization, allocations, fixed assets, and lease accounting for accuracy and completeness Prepare monthly balance sheet flux analysis and key financial insights for leadership review Drive process optimization, automation, and system enhancement initiatives across finance operations Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, and income tax laws Manage tax filings including advance tax, TDS, SFT,
