Role: SAP functional lead – MM + SD ( MM primary )Location: HyderabadComplete work from office (No remote/Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of functional consultants, focusing on custom developments and configuration activities .Serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing .Design and develop solutions for procurement and inventory processes .Participate in the full-cycle development process, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support .Prepare functional specifications and test scripts for development .Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .Ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources .Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues .Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROIKey Skills and Experience :Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementationsExperience of managing team of functional consultantsExperience with SAP S/4 HANAExpertise in SAP MM and SD module configurationsIn-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processesExperience handling custom developments for complex custom solutionStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional team collaboration
