Role: SAP functional lead – MM + SD ( MM primary )

Location: Hyderabad

Complete work from office (No remote/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of functional consultants, focusing on custom developments and configuration activities .
- Serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing .
- Design and develop solutions for procurement and inventory processes .
- Participate in the full-cycle development process, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support .
- Prepare functional specifications and test scripts for development .
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
- Ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources .
- Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues .
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROI

Key Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations
- Experience of managing team of functional consultants
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations
- In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Experience handling custom developments for complex custom solution

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional team collaboration
