Role: SAP functional lead – MM + SD ( MM primary )Location: HyderabadComplete work from office (No remote/Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of functional consultants, focusing on custom developments and configuration activities .- Serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing .- Design and develop solutions for procurement and inventory processes .- Participate in the full-cycle development process, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support .- Prepare functional specifications and test scripts for development .- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .- Ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources .- Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues .- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROIKey Skills and Experience :- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations- Experience of managing team of functional consultants- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA- Expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations- In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes- Experience handling custom developments for complex custom solutionStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional team collaboration
