Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Software Sales team. This entry-level role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in software sales, equipping the right candidate with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our sales objectives for CRM and Saa S products, such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, and other software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training : Participate in a structured training program to learn about our software solutions, sales processes, and the competitive landscape, with a focus on CRM and Saa S products.
Lead Generation and Qualification : Support the sales team by researching and identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing initial contacts to build a sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement : Work with senior sales representatives to understand customer needs, deliver compelling product presentations, and build strong client relationships.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of our software products, staying informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
Sales Support : Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all client-facing materials.
Data Management : Use CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up tasks.
Performance Metrics : Set and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, client meetings, and sales conversions as part of the training program.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Interest in Sales : Strong interest in pursuing a career in software sales, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with potential clients.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze client needs, understand software features, and translate technical aspects into meaningful benefits for customers.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with technology, especially with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office; previous experience in using these tools is a plus.
Self-Motivated : Goal-oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
Adaptability : Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and sales strategies.
