Join our team at HCDS Technologies for a challenging and rewarding 6-month self-funded internship as a Management Trainee. This role is designed for freshers and final-year students with a passion for career guidance and traineeship project sales within the IT industry. You will receive five project certifications and one final internship certificate before regular onboarding, along with a letter of recommendation if you decide to pursue other career opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition and Assessment:


  • Conduct campus recruitment drives at engineering colleges and universities.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills, programming proficiency, and problem-solving abilities through coding challenges and assessments.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' fit with the company culture.


Career Counseling and Guidance:


  • Provide guidance on various technical career paths within the IT industry, such as software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Advise candidates on the skills and certifications required for their chosen career paths.
  • Keep candidates informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and job market demands.


Traineeship Project Sales:


  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in need of IT talent.
  • Develop tailored proposals highlighting the benefits of the organization's traineeship programs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of traineeship projects.
  • Oversee the execution of traineeship projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver value.


Industry-Specific Knowledge:


  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and industry challenges within the IT sector.
  • Gain a basic understanding of various IT domains, such as software development, data analytics, and cloud computing.


Continuous Learning and Development:


  • Participate in training programs and workshops to develop skills in areas such as sales, negotiation, and career counseling.
  • Encourage trainees to pursue industry-recognized certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco.


Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Develop candidate profiles based on analysis, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential fit for different roles.
  • Identify suitable internship opportunities for candidates.
  • Assist the managing partner in processing individual applications, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating the ATS system.
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants regarding internship opportunities, eligibility criteria, and the application process.
  • Create and explain internship terms and conditions, ensuring applicants understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Prepare presentations summarizing internship experiences and key learnings.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate (Commerce, Science, Humanities)
  • Engineering students are not eligible


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Open to final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students (Freshers of 2023 and 2024 can also apply).
  • Self-funded, requiring no stipend or remuneration.
  • Committed to a minimum 6-month internship period.
  • Hands-on experience in various technical domains.
  • Strong foundation in relevant management function and technical skills.
  • Possession of a laptop, high-speed internet connection, and headset for remote work.
  • Highly motivated and proactive participation.
  • Commercial mindset and teamwork skills.


Terms and Conditions:


  • Complete a Professional Assessment for Commercial Excellence (PACE) to qualify for potential sponsorship and scholarship opportunities.
  • Select and mention 10 trainee projects from the provided project list in your Covering Letter.


Promotion Levels:


  1. Project Trainee (Self-Funded)
  2. On Job Trainee (C2H ₹ 3,15,000)
  3. Associate (C2H ₹ 4,25,000)
  4. Senior Associate (C2H ₹ 5,35,000)
