We are looking for an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant to lead deployments, drive process optimisations, and support AMS initiatives for our clients. This role requires a strong functional background in Workday Time Tracking, with knowledge of Absence and Payroll being highly advantageous due to the modules' interdependencies.

As part of the growing E1 Consulting team, you will work with global clients, providing innovative solutions that drive value, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday Time Tracking implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Optimise and support post-production setups for Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules, focusing on enhancements, defect resolution, and process efficiencies.
  • Assess client needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their organisational goals.
  • Share insights and lessons learned from previous projects to guide client decision-making and ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with offshore configuration teams and manage global stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and task execution.
  • Provide mentoring and subject matter expertise to internal teams to elevate organisational knowledge.
  • Stay engaged with the Workday ecosystem, contributing to knowledge-sharing forums and thought leadership activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Workday experience with a proven track record in Time Tracking and related modules (Absence and Payroll).
  • Certification in Workday Time Tracking and HCM (or equivalent Pro-certifications).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full Workday project lifecycle, from plan to deploy.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to guide client discussions and deliver practical solutions.
  • Experience supporting AMS/post-production optimisation, including handling enhancements and issue management.
  • Prior experience leading and collaborating with offshore teams, including managing configuration and support work.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
