We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workday Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday s ecosystem, proven experience across multiple modules, and a strong ability to engage with business stakeholders to deliver transformative solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Workday implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and deployment of modules across HR functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify pain points, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Recruiting.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Workday processes, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance.
  • Manage Workday integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support for Workday upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Perform testing, validation, and documentation to support UAT and post-implementation activities.
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
