Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Writer/Senior Editor with a strong editorial background to join our team. This individual will play a key role in curating and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate should have a passion for business process automation and a keen understanding of the industries we
serve.
Job Description
· Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality landing pages to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Craft persuasive and engaging email copies to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create attention-grabbing LinkedIn ad copies that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Write informative and engaging blog posts to increase brand visibility.
- Develop conversational ad content for LinkedIn to foster meaningful interactions with the target audience.
· Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Produce in-depth whitepapers and eBooks that showcase industry expertise and thought leadership.
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. ABM + Demand Generation Strategy Integration:
- Implement ABM principles in content creation to target and engage key accounts.
- Work closely with the ABM marketing manager to align content strategies with account-specific goals.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and growth marketing teams to tailor content for specific accounts and personas.
· Optimization and Analysis:
- Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of content across various channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on content performance metrics.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and effective design assets.
o Collaborate with the marketing, customer success, product and sales teams to align content with overall business and campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Technical or Finance & Accounting background
· Proven experience as a Content Writer, with a focus on creating both short form and long form content for diverse channels and platforms.
· Experience in customer marketing would be a plus.
· Demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling content for landing pages, emails (outreach drip campaigns), social media, and blog posts.
· Strong understanding of ABM, Growth & Demand Generation strategy and experience integrating them into content strategies.
· Excellent research skills and the ability to stay informed about industry trends.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
· Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, and other teams.
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
