Medical Operations Intern

About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Operations Intern to support our Medical Operations team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in roster management, staffing coordination, and operational support for a healthcare setup. You will work closely with our medical operations associates to ensure smooth scheduling and functioning of the medical team.Internship Details:- Duration: 6 months- Stipend: Competitive pay, based on skills and interview performance- Mode: Full-time (Work from Office – Bangalore)- Possibility of a full-time offer based on performance.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing rosters for ECG, ECHO, and PGDCC schedules for the medical team.- Help coordinate leave and duty replacements for doctors.- Support in tracking and monitoring queue sizes, adding doctors on duty if required.- Assist in monitoring early/late logins for the medical team.- Help in training coordination for doctors on different case types.- Maintain operational data in Google Sheets/MS Excel.Who We’re Looking For:- Fresh graduates or students in their final year (BCom, BBA, B.Tech, B.E, BCA or equivalent).- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Comfortable with basic mathematics/statistics.- Proficient in basic computing and Google Sheets/MS Excel.- Good communication and coordination skills.- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
