Medical Operations Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Operations Intern to support our Medical Operations team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in roster management, staffing coordination, and operational support for a healthcare setup. You will work closely with our medical operations associates to ensure smooth scheduling and functioning of the medical team.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: Competitive pay, based on skills and interview performance
- Mode: Full-time (Work from Office – Bangalore)
- Possibility of a full-time offer based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing rosters for ECG, ECHO, and PGDCC schedules for the medical team.
- Help coordinate leave and duty replacements for doctors.
- Support in tracking and monitoring queue sizes, adding doctors on duty if required.
- Assist in monitoring early/late logins for the medical team.
- Help in training coordination for doctors on different case types.
- Maintain operational data in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year (BCom, BBA, B.Tech, B.E, BCA or equivalent).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with basic mathematics/statistics.
- Proficient in basic computing and Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
