Role Description We are looking for a data-obsessed Performance Marketer to own our paid acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our ad spend across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Amazon. This is not just about setting up campaigns; it’s about relentless optimization. You will analyze data to lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and optimize ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) on Amazon. You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and media buying. Key Responsibilities 1. Multi-Channel Ad Ma nagement: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across the funnel (Prospecting, Retargeting, DPA). Lead the creative testing roadmap to combat ad fatigue. Google Ads: Manage Search, Shopping (PMax), and YouTube campaigns. Optimize keyword strategies, negative keywords, and bid strategies to capture high-intent traffic. Amazon Ads: Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display ads. Focus on ranking improvements, defensive category targeting, and optimizing ACOS/TACOS. 2. Data Analysis & Optimization Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, ACOS) .Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences .Manage the budget allocation between channels based on performance and seasonality .Troubleshoot tracking issues (Pixel, Conversion API, GA4) 3. Creative Strategy Collaborate with the design/content team to brief high-performing ad creatives (UGC, statics, carousels, video.) Write compelling ad copy that converts Requirements Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media budgets of (₹10L +) per month. Channel Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and Amazon Advertising Console (Seller Central/Vendor Central). E-commerce Fluency: Strong understanding of E-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate) and platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon FBA). Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Creative Eye: Ability to identify why a creative is winning or losing and articulate that to the design team.
