About the role : We are looking for a data-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to drive our business expansion efforts.

In this critical role, you will leverage demand generation strategies and data-driven insights to accelerate customer acquisition and optimize marketing channels.

You will design, execute, and analyze marketing experiments to drive business growth, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to ensure our initiatives support revenue and performance goals What You’ll Do : Develop and execute demand generation strategies across key channels such as email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and webinars to generate qualified leads.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and product teams to align efforts with business goals.

Optimize lead nurturing campaigns and marketing automation processes to convert prospects into marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

Analyze campaign performance and lead data to refine targeting and messaging, ensuring the continuous improvement of conversion rates.

Test and iterate on demand generation tactics across multiple channels, identifying the highest-impact strategies for driving lead volume and pipeline growth What You’ll Need : We require a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong preference for those familiar with developer tools to align growth strategies with our target audience.

Proficiency in A/B testing, campaign tracking, and performance analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.

We seek a data-driven mindset to analyse marketing metrics and translate insights into impactful strategies.

Exceptional communication skills are essential for articulating findings and recommendations effectively, particularly in the context of working within the Founder's office.
