Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant role.

Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management
a. Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
b. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Communication Management & Meeting Coordination
a. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
b. Draft, proofread, and edit emails, presentations, and correspondence.
c. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
d. Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings.
e. Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged.
3. Travel and Event Planning
a. Organize complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
b. Plan and coordinate executive events or functions.
4. Administrative & Project Support
a. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
b. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and other operational tasks.
c. Assist with special projects, research, and report creation.
d. Track deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
5. Relationship Management
a. Build strong working relationships with internal team members, clients, and partners.
b. Anticipate needs and provide solutions proactively.
