Job Title - Inside Sales SpecialistExperience: 2-5 yearsEducation: Any Computer Science graduate/Post graduateJob Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented people to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to drive sales. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your sales career with hands-on experience, training, and a clear growth path.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the marketing teamUnderstand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/servicesSchedule product demos or meetings for senior sales staffMaintain a strong follow-up system and update CRM with call notes and feedbackMeet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targetsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion ratesLearn and maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries confidentlyRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and persuasion abilitiesA positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learnAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTechnology BackgroundB2B sales experienceBasic understanding of sales concepts and CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)About UsAt Incerro.ai, we are redefining digital experiences through cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
