Job Title: Real Estate Sales Head
Job Description:
Role Overview: The Real Estate Sales Head is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals in the real estate market. This leadership position requires a combination of strong management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet goals.
Foster a positive and high-performing work environment that promotes collaboration and results.
Sales Target Achievement:
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets to ensure company objectives are met.
Ensure the team effectively handles inbound and outbound sales leads and converts them into successful transactions.
Continuously review and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and real estate partners.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying and selling process.
Oversee the negotiation of complex deals and ensure that all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and attract new clients.
Ensure that the sales team is effectively leveraging digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads and client interactions.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present results to upper management.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer trends, market demands, and competitive positioning.
Use data to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Budget and Financial Management:
Work within the allocated sales budget and ensure proper resource allocation.
Maximize profitability by negotiating favorable terms with clients and managing operational costs.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures while delivering superior client service.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree or real estate license is a plus.
Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales,
Proven Success: Demonstrated success in managing and driving sales teams, achieving revenue goals, and closing high-value real estate deals.
Real Estate Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and/or luxury properties.
Skills & Competencies:
Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to inspire, lead, and develop a sales team.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Ability to formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans.

CRM & Technology Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate tools (e.g., MLS, marketing platforms).
Customer-Centric: A strong focus on providing exceptional service to clients and building long-term relationships.
Problem Solving: Capable of addressing challenges and developing innovative solutions.
