What We’re Looking For A bias for action, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and willingness to get your hands dirty Understands branding basics (JTBD, brand track, recall metrics). Has taken a brand through the journey before Can manage agencies and get hands dirty. Speaks to customers, not just through PPTs. Balances 0→1 scrappiness with 1→100 scalability.
