Job Description

Docty Inc., (an Arka Information's Systems Owned Startup) a leading SaaS platform in healthcare technology, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (MEAN/MERN Stack) to contribute to our innovative telemedicine and healthcare solutions. The candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies to enhance our platform’s capabilities, ensuring seamless functionality, data security, and integration with healthcare services. This role requires immediate joining and is full-time, based in our Saket, Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance SaaS features for Docty Inc.’s telemedicine and healthcare platforms.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN or MERN stack.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and support integrations with third-party platforms like Twilio and Google APIs.
  • Optimize database structures for handling healthcare data (EHR, appointment records, etc.) with MongoDB .
  • Implement front-end components with Angular (preferred) or React , ensuring seamless user experiences for healthcare providers and patients.
  • Work with backend frameworks ( Express.js , Nest.js ) to deliver secure and high-performance services.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate wearable device data and health monitoring systems.
  • Ensure GDPR, HIPAA compliance in the platform's architecture and data handling.
  • Deploy and monitor services on cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and optimize performance across the stack.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with MEAN/MERN stack development, preferably in SaaS or healthcare platforms.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript , TypeScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and responsive design.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, and schema design).
  • Expertise in RESTful API development and integration with external APIs.
  • Frontend experience with Angular 12+ (preferred) or React.js , including state management with Redux or RxJS .
  • Backend proficiency with Express.js and Nest.js , focusing on scalable and secure architectures.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration for healthcare data analytics and insights is a plus.
  • Experience with OAuth , JWT , and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of cloud services like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, containerization ( Docker ), and orchestration ( Kubernetes ).
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA .
  • Knowledge of integrating wearable devices and health APIs (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSocket for real-time data communication.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest , Mocha , or Cypress .
  • Previous experience working on SaaS healthcare platforms or EHR systems.
