Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will work on building and maintaining web applications, both on the front-end and back-end, that power the next generation of intelligent automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities:


 - Design and implement responsive, interactive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, NodeJS, ExpressJS

 - Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

 - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional features.

 - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that follows best practices for front-end development.

 - Build robust RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.

 - Implement database models and integrate with databases like MongoDB

 - Design and optimize scalable, secure back-end systems that handle high traffic and large datasets.

  

Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

 - Work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features.

 - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for efficiency and performance.

 - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.


Required Skills & Experience:


Solid JavaScript Expertise:

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript

 - Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, NextJS, ReactJS

 - Experience with state management tools like Redux and Zustand


Database Knowledge:

 - Experience working with MongoDB

 - Ability to design efficient database schemas, write complex queries, and handle migrations.


Problem-Solving & Debugging:

 - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 - Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.


Good Communication Skills:

 - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.

 - Collaborative attitude and a willingness to mentor junior developers.
