Position: PLC Engineer / Trainer Company: Wartens Primary Location: Bangalore, India About the Role: Wartens, a global leader in Industrial Automation and Robotics training, is looking for a skilled PLC Engineer/Trainer to join our growing team in Kochi. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about automation, love teaching, and are excited to work with international clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality PLC & SCADA training sessions to clients, including international participants. Conduct onsite training and project support in the UAE and Europe as required. Interact confidently with global clients and represent the Wartens brand professionally. Support industrial automation projects and internal R&D activities. Research and explore innovations in AI applications in Industrial Automation . Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. Strong expertise in Siemens PLCs , TIA Portal , and SCADA systems . Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and controls. Excellent communication skills, must be able to clearly present concepts to clients. Passion for Artificial Intelligence and willingness to learn or research AI-driven automation solutions.
