Experience: 2–3 Years with bachelor's degree in Electrical,Electronics and Instrumentation.Technologies: Siemens (S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal), Beckhoff (TwinCAT 2/3), CODESYSIndustry: Industrial Automation / Manufacturing / Process AutomationKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, and CODESYS-based controllers.Design, implement, and troubleshoot automation solutions for special machines and Assembly lines.Configure and integrate HMI/SCADA systems, including WinCC, TwinCAT HMI, and CODESYS visualization.Work with electrical and mechanical teams to analyze control requirements and translate them into functional logic.Perform debugging, commissioning, and startup of automation systems at customer sites or in-house.Integrate and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA).Conduct system testing, FAT/SAT, and support handover to the client.Implement safety logic and work with safety PLCs when required.Provide technical support, root-cause analysis, and corrective action for automation faults.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with: Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500) TIA Portal Step 7, WinCC Beckhoff PLCs using TwinCAT 3 CODESYS environment on various controllersSolid understanding of: Ladder Logic Sequential flow chart (SFC) Structured Text (ST)Knowledge of electrical schematics and control panel components.Experience with motion control, servo drives, or VFD integration.Familiarity with industrial networks: PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus, OPC UA.Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
