About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to lead and coordinate end-to-end project management of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, confidential environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, legal, finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of each transaction.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of M&A projects, from due diligence to post-merger integration.- Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, HR, technology, and operations.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.- Track progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery of critical tasks.- Support due diligence efforts, documentation, and regulatory compliance processes.- Facilitate stakeholder communication, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.- Identify integration risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.- Drive alignment between strategic goals and operational outcomes.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.- 5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally within M&A, corporate strategy, or consulting.- Strong understanding of transaction processes, due diligence, and integration frameworks.- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent project management tools.- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on strategic, high-impact transactions.- Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration.- A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment that values initiative and excellence.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
