Team Leadership: ● Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on offline channels. Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching and support. Market Development: ● Identify and establish partnerships with key offline distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the region. ● Develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales. Sales Operations: ● Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales processes. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies Performance Analysis: ● Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets. ● Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights for senior management. Customer Relationship Management: ● Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. ● Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
