Total Experience: 5 to 15 YearsLocation : PAN IndiaRoles & Responsibilites:- Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation.- Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.- Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc- Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers- Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent TCS- Experience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ (Salesforce / Oracle / SAP) consulting including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, define strategy, and business case.- At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience in the platform. Experience with both B2 C and B2 B scenarios will be preferred.- Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platform. Review and approve data model for the project- Experience in enabling guided selling process for channel partners and customers- Guide technical teams in design and implementation- Strong understanding of B2 C and B2 B CPQ best practices, use cases, architecture principles- Exposure to integration patterns / mechanism for leading CPQ productsResponsibilities:- Define Front Office transformation (including CPQ) roadmap and strategy, product evaluation and solution design for manufacturing clients- Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects- Identify opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships in TCS ecosystem- Lead RFP responses and contribute- Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative.- Track emerging business models and trends for its applicability in manufacturing.- Build connects with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key Industry forums and publish thought leadership articles
