The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of diverse capital markets or real estate-related experience. This ambitious and intellectually flexible professional will have broad responsibilities that, in general, can be characterized and evaluated by the ability to ultimately accomplish the following: Conduct early-stage research and analysis on individual assets and sub-markets; Strong quantitative, analytical and creative thinking skills; Proficiency with financial modeling in Excel; Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably in a discipline related to finance or real estate.
