Job OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience optimizing campaigns across digital channels.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and other platforms.- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.- Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI.- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels.- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.- Own funnel metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve growth outcomes.- Implement SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing initiatives where applicable.- Track and report weekly and monthly growth performance.- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and marketing analytics.- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, and growth metrics.- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and tag management.- Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in fast paced, growth oriented environments.Tools & Technologies (Preferred)- Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, Amplitude- Marketing Automation: Hub Spot, Marketo, Webflow- CRO & Testing: Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar- CRM: Salesforce, Hub SpotCertifications (Nice to Have)- Google Ads Certification- Meta Blueprint Certification- Hub Spot Growth Marketing CertificationWhat We Offer- Competitive compensation and performance based incentives- Ownership of high impact growth initiatives- Opportunity to work in fast-scaling, data driven teams- Career growth in growth and performance marketing
