About the RoleWe are a rapidly scaling cybersecurity compliance advisory firm serving European enterprises.We’re seeking one strategic professional to own and execute our entire LinkedIn presence, transforming it into a powerful lead-generation and authority-building engine.This is not a generic social media role — you’ll be the architect of our positioning, responsible for building brand authority and driving qualified leads through a sophisticated LinkedIn strategy.What You’ll Own & ExecuteStrategic Leadership• Develop and implement a complete LinkedIn growth strategy• Define 3–4 content pillars that position us as thought leaders in compliance & cybersecurity• Build a monthly content calendar aligned with business goalsContent Excellence• Produce 12–16 high-quality posts per month (text, carousel, short video)• Write compelling copy for C-level audiences in regulated industries• Ensure all content reflects our premium European brand voiceGrowth & Engagement• Implement targeted outreach in Germany, the Netherlands, and France• Engage with industry influencers and potential clients• Build and nurture a trusted professional communityPerformance & Optimization• Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights• Track key metrics: lead quality, engagement rate, profile visits• Continuously test and refine strategy based on performance data⭐ Our Ideal CandidateMust-Have Qualifications• 3+ years growing B2B professional service brands on LinkedIn• Portfolio of successful campaigns (preferably in tech, cybersecurity, or compliance)• Exceptional writing skills — ability to simplify complex topics clearly• Strong understanding of European business communication culture• Proficiency in LinkedIn analytics & reporting• Reliable, proactive, and detail-orientedTechnical Skills• Expertise in LinkedIn’s native tools and algorithms• Skilled in Canva or Figma for carousel creation• Basic video editing (subtitles, short-form cuts)• Familiarity with Sales NavigatorWhat We Offer• Performance bonuses based on lead generation & growth metrics• Long-term partnership potential• Direct influence on brand growth and market positioningWhy This Role Is UniqueYou’ll be building the LinkedIn presence for a company set to dominate the EU cybersecurity compliance space.You’ll:• Work directly with founders• Shape brand positioning from the ground up• See direct impact on business growth• Grow with a high-potential company in a booming market⏰ Hiring TimelineApplications Close — October 17, 2025First Round Interviews — October 18–20, 2025Final Decisions — October 22, 2025We're moving quickly to find the right strategic partner.
