Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for social media magic and a talent for deep-dive research? As our Social Media Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting content that resonates with both local and international audiences, especially on YouTube and Instagram. This is your chance to make waves in the social sphere, collaborating with a team that loves to experiment, innovate, and stay ahead of the trends through data-backed insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reel Wizardry : Ideate, script, and produce captivating reels that align with current trends, particularly those connected to the international YouTube community. Your goal? To create scroll-stopping, shareable content that stands out in any feed.
- Content Creation & Design : Use Canva to craft visually engaging posts, stories, and infographics. Every post should be polished, on-brand, and tailored to our audience.
- Editing Extraordinaire : Edit video content with a keen eye for detail, adding snappy cuts, smooth transitions, and eye-catching effects that make our audience want to re-watch.
- Trend Spotting & Research Expert : Conduct in-depth research on social media and YouTube trends, both locally and globally. You should be plugged into who’s who in the international YouTuber community, emerging trends, and industry changes, ensuring our strategies are data-driven and cutting-edge.
- Engagement & Growth Strategy : Use your research insights to strategize and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and loyalty. Regularly track performance metrics, analyze data, and adapt content for optimal reach and impact.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the design, marketing, and analytics teams to create a cohesive content calendar. Bring fresh ideas and insightful data to every project, pushing our brand voice in new directions.
Must-Haves:
● Expert in Reels & Short-Form Content : A passion for creating reels that resonate and grab attention.
● Strong Research Skills : Ability to conduct thorough research on social trends, audience preferences, and competitors to inform our content strategies.
● Proficiency in Editing Tools : Experience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN etc.
● Design Skills : Proficient in Canva, with an eye for visually striking graphics and layouts.
● Global YouTube Knowledge : Deep familiarity with international YouTuber culture, trending creators, and viral content styles.
● Creative Mindset : An outside-the-box thinker who can bring energy, originality, and adaptability to our brand voice.
