As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in our customer onboarding process and be the first point of contact for implementation. Experience & Background: ~2-3 years of customer onboarding experience, preferably in B2B SaaS serving SMBs ~ Experience with horizontal/multi-feature platforms (CRM, sales tools, or unified business platforms preferred) ~ Background in both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) environments Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and AI-powered business tools Ability to conduct software demos and troubleshoot basic technical issues Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize onboarding funnels Comfortable hosting live onboarding calls, webinars, and product demos Experience managing high-volume customer interactions efficiently Proven ability to identify and address customer pain points quickly during trial periods Experience managing multiple customer touchpoints within compressed timelines (7-day trials) Strong project management skills to handle high-volume onboarding processes Experience with customer segmentation and personalized onboarding approaches Knowledge of sales processes, lead qualification, and customer lifecycle management Basic understanding of AI/automation tools and their business applications Experience collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams Experience reducing time-to-first-value for complex products Demonstrated ability to scale onboarding processes without sacrificing quality
