About the Role As a Technical Implementation Manager , you will lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of PriceEasy’s solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, data, and client success — ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes. This is a client-facing, office-based role requiring excellent program management, strong technical understanding of integrations, and outstanding communication skills. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle — from requirement gathering to go-live. Manage technical integrations , data mapping, and connections between client systems and PriceEasy’s platform. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Act as the technical liaison for clients, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Track and report progress, risks, and dependencies using strong program management discipline . Analyze and validate client data using Excel and other analytical tools. Build client confidence through proactive communication, structured problem-solving, and professionalism. Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and scalability. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Graduate or MBA from a top engineering or business institution (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS, etc.). Experience: 5–8 years in a SaaS or data-driven technology company , ideally in implementation, solution engineering, or program management roles. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of API integrations , data pipelines, and SaaS ecosystems. Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort with large datasets. Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus. Core Strengths: Excellent program management and stakeholder handling skills. Strong problem-solving acumen and analytical mindset. Exceptional communication , both written and verbal. Client-facing-Experience Self-driven, structured, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
