It is a Founder’s Office role involving coordination, documentation, cross-functional alignment, and execution of important projects.You will act as the Founder’s right hand — ensuring clarity, speed, and accuracy across the organisation.This position offers rare exposure to strategy, operations, product development, and business scaling within a fast-moving consumer brand. Ideal for candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, communication-strong, and eager to learn how a startup scales from the inside.Key Responsibilities1. Founder’s Office OperationsManage Founder’s daily workflow, priorities, and scheduleTrack projects and tasks across all departmentsPrepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and key briefsOrganize and maintain structured documentation in Google Drive2. Communication & DocumentationDraft written communication on behalf of the FounderPrepare formal emails, Mo Ms, proposals, and presentationsConsolidate data from multiple stakeholders for decision-makingEnsure version control and accurate documentation practices3. Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as a central communication bridge between teams (Design, Operations, Production, HR, Finance, Marketing, Quality)Capture updates, align deliverables, and run structured follow-upsCoordinate with external partners, agencies, vendors, and consultants4. Strategic & Special ProjectsSupport Founder on new product launches, operational improvements, and scale-up initiativesAssist with research, competitor insights, and data compilationSupport investor-related documents, decks, and compliance follow-upsContribute to ERP/HRIS/process improvement projects and implementations5. Personal & Administrative SupportManage Founder’s travel planning, appointments, and priority personal tasksMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsIdeal Candidate ProfileMust-Have SkillsExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh ownership mindset and follow-up disciplineStrong organizational skills, detail orientation, and multi-taskingTech-savvy with hands-on experience in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentProfessional drafting skills for communication & documentsPreferred BackgroundsExecutive Assistant rolesFounder’s Office rolesProject coordination / HR Coordination / OpsStartup or SME experienceClient servicing or agency coordination rolesEducationGraduate or postgraduate (BBA, B.
