Our client is the currently the partner of choice for several top banks for their digital banking needs.
Our client provides cloud native, Saa S-deployable digital solutions enable banks to efficiently process $100 B+ in transactions annually and significantly grow their online customer bases by offering award-winning, secure, and personalized UX.
Role details: Title / Designation : Senior Presales Consultant Reporting Manager: Product Management Head Location: India Work Mode: Remote Role & responsibilities: Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
Attend meetings with potential clients and channel partners to determine requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers.
He/ she must be able to articulate the company’s capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users.
Work with key stakeholders in the company to progress an opportunity.
This includes close alignment with Sales, Product Management and Delivery.
Building productive relationships by responding to all the queries and requirements posted by clients.
Create proposals that articulate the company’s value proposition, solution to the requirements from the client and our approach to delivering the solution.
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.
Candidate requirements: 10+ years of experience in crafting compelling proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations for Digital Tech / Banking solutions.
Experience in coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with Sales Team/Stakeholders.
Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and should be able to apply them in a sales situation.
Strong understanding of current digital trends in banking/customer experience.
Deep understanding of banking processes, regulations, and customer needs to tailor presales activities.
The ability to create Solution documentation alongside of a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery.
Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution.
While this role requires a strong business understanding, it does require technology knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution.
