Position: Creative Trend Analyst

About Us:

Encreators is a dynamic and innovative YouTube automation business dedicated to helping content creators grow and succeed on YouTube.

Responsibilities:

  • Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze trends in the YouTube and broader

digital content space. Stay updated on emerging formats, topics, and styles that resonate

with audiences.

  • Audience Research: Conduct audience research to understand demographics, interests,

and preferences. Use data analytics tools and audience insights to inform content strategy

and optimisation.

  • Content Ideation: Generate creative ideas for YouTube content that align with current

trends and audience interests. Collaborate with content creators, writers, and designers to

develop engaging concepts and formats.

  • Content Optimization: Optimize content for discoverability and engagement on YouTube.

Utilize SEO techniques, keyword research, and metadata optimization to enhance visibility

and reach a wider audience.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of YouTube content using

analytics tools. Identify key performance metrics such as views, watch time, engagement,

and audience retention to assess content effectiveness.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor channels and content strategies to identify

opportunities and areas for differentiation. Stay informed about industry benchmarks and

best practices.

  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and feedback to content creators and

production teams. Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines, objectives, and target

audience preferences.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, editors,

designers, and marketing specialists. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment

to drive innovation and excellence.

  • Experimentation: Encourage experimentation and innovation in content creation. Test new

formats, trends, and ideas to gauge audience response and optimize content strategy

accordingly.

  • Stay Updated: Stay updated on YouTube platform updates, algorithm changes, and

industry developments. Adapt strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain relevance and

effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AI voiceover technology and its applications in content creation.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and analyze emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in scriptwriting, voiceover recording, and video editing.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Instagram content creation and familiarity with short-form video platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
